Prego and Loving it!

I am 32 weeks pregnant, and am getting very excited about the upcoming addition to our family! I am due January 3rd, but am hoping that my little bean decides to come a little early! What a wonderful Christmas present that would be!!! No matter when he decides to present himself, we still have so much to prepare for, so many things to think about. I don't think you can ever REALLY be ready and know what to expect with your first child. I barely feel like an adult myself, yet think that I have the knowledge and life experience to have a baby!

My husband and I weren't planning on this little blessing just yet. We haven't even been married 2 years yet, and were going to wait a LITTLE longer...God had other plans for us, though! I can't complain, as soon as we said our vows, mommy instinct kicked in and I was wanting to start a family! I guess I got my wish without really trying!

I went to the doctor yesterday, and everything looks good. I passed my glucose test, and am measuring perfectly! I am now going to the clinic every 2 weeks, and soon will be going one a week! Everyone told me how slow their pregnancies went, and how it felt like they were pregnant FOREVER, but it doesn't seem to be a problem for me. I guess I have just been keeping myself busy enough that it has flown by! My baby shower is in a couple weeks, and after then I will be in the home stretch, gathering all the baby 'essentials' that I still need (and probably some I don't...hehe) and preparing myself for the new life I am about to bring into this world! SO MUCH TO DO STILL!!!
